Aurora Lights is excited to announce the Blair Mountain Lesson Plan Project! We are creating a lesson plan for middle school students about the 1921 Battle of Blair Mountain and the current fight to save the mountain from strip mining. The lesson plan will be accompanied by a reader full of text and images.
